We added a dedicated background removal tool for transparent cutouts in AI image workflows.

Added a separate AI tool for background removal built for alpha-output workflows.
Kept image generation focused on normal prompt-based generation without a clear-background option.
Documented the intended flow: generate or edit first, then remove background as a dedicated second step.
Improved AI panel behavior so image outputs remain visible inline during generation, editing, and background removal steps.
